I know real estate from both sides of the table.
I’m Sergio Norzagaray, an Arizona REALTOR® with HomeSmart and a longtime real-estate investor. Before expanding into licensed representation, I built my experience by finding, buying, renovating, selling and holding Arizona properties.
That background gives my clients a perspective that goes beyond a suggested list price. I look at property condition, likely buyer concerns, repairs that may or may not be worth completing, estimated selling costs and the practical risks that can affect a closing.
My experience includes traditional sales, off-market properties, wholesaling, fix-and-flip projects and rental homes. I have worked through inherited properties, distressed situations, major renovations and straightforward move-in-ready sales. After more than 500 transactions, very few situations feel unfamiliar.
